Refund Request Period

Customers may request a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility Conditions

• Credits consumed between purchase and the refund request must remain within 10% of the total credits granted for that purchase.
• Refund requests must be submitted by email to hi@runwayaleph.net.
• Please include the email address used for purchase and a brief explanation of the refund request.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your request, we review it within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
